1. Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Art Watches and the customer.
- Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Art Watches.
2. Products
- Only pre‑owned watches are sold.
- No custom‑made or engraved watches are offered.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
- Payment method: iDEAL.
- Payment must be completed before shipment.
4. Delivery
- Shipping area: worldwide via FedEx.
- Delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
- Outside EU: 2–7 business days
- Risk transfers to the customer once FedEx has received the watch.
5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
- Customers may cancel their order within 14 days after receipt (EU consumer right).
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Watches must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging.
6. Warranty
- Warranty period: 12 months for pre‑owned watches.
- Defective products will be repaired by Art Watches.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or external factors.
7. Liability
- Art Watches is not liable for indirect damage or loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
- All photos, texts, and designs on the website are the property of Art Watches.
- Use without permission is prohibited.
9. Privacy
- Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
- Data is used solely for processing orders and customer service.
- Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.
- Data is not sold or shared, except as necessary for delivery of the product.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
- Applicable law: Dutch law.
- Court for disputes: Rotterdam.
- Art Watches is not a member of Thuiswinkel.org or any other dispute-resolution body.
11. Amendments
- Art Watches reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
- Changes will be published on the website and apply to new orders.
